Short version: XO Multiverse does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app runs entirely on your device. No internet connection is required or used during gameplay.

This Privacy Policy describes how XO Multiverse (“the app”, “we”, “our”) handles information when you use our Android application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Because XO Multiverse is a local, offline, two-player game, this policy is straightforward: we collect nothing.
2. Information we collect
XO Multiverse does not collect any information from you, including but not limited to: personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number), device identifiers (advertising ID, Android ID, IMEI), location data, usage analytics or crash reports, game history or scores, or any other personal or sensitive information.
All game state — the current board, whose turn it is, and the outcome — exists only in your device’s memory while the app is open. It is not saved to disk, synced to a server, or shared in any way.
3. Permissions
XO Multiverse does not request any device permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, files, network, or location services.
4. Third-party services
XO Multiverse does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or social login services. No data is shared with any third party because no data is collected in the first place.
5. Children’s privacy
XO Multiverse is suitable for all ages, including children under 13. Because the app does not collect any personal information whatsoever, it complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families Policy by design.
6. Data security
Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data at risk of unauthorised access, disclosure, or breach. All game activity remains entirely within your device.
7. Data retention
XO Multiverse retains no user data. When the app is closed, all game state is discarded. Uninstalling the app removes all app-related files from your device.
